RegistrationThe registration fees to ESEMA2026 include: - Housing: 4 nights at IGESA on Porquerolles Island (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) - Meals: breakfast, coffee break, lunch and dinner from Monday's lunch to Friday's breakfast - Social activities - Conference abstract book and materials Registration does not include travelling (flight, train, bus or ferry) to the island.
Registration fees: Reminder: Housing and meals are included in the registration.
Early bird: Before April 15th 2026 - PhD students*: 650 Euros (before taxes, 715 € with taxes) - Academics, researchers, postdoc: 850 Euros (before taxes, 935 € with taxes) - Industrials: 1300 Euros (before taxes, 1430 € with taxes)
Regular: from April 16th to April 30th 2026 - PhD students*: 850 Euros (before taxes, 935 € with taxes) - Academics, researchers, postdoc: 1050 Euros (before taxes, 1155 € with taxes) - Industrials: 1400 Euros (before taxes, 1540 € with taxes) * Student certification required. As the maximum capacity of the conference is 85 participants, we can not guarantee availability for late registrations.
Payment procedure: Credit card (preferred) or « Bon de commande » (for French academic labs only) are accepted for the payment.
Make sure you have all the necessary information and the payment method you have chosen before starting the procedure.
Attention: It is IMPERATIVE to go to the end of the procedure to be correctly registered, and in particular to the PAYMENT. It is not possible to return to the registration page later to complete it! For dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, no fish, no pork, allergies), we will contact all registered people later on to gather these informations. |
